I am a passionate Yoga and Pilates teacher, exercise to music instructor and personal trainer with pre and post natal certification.
Pilates is a great way to keep mobile and create stability throughout the body in a safe and effective way. Yoga is a journey through the body into the mind and spirit with a focus on breathwork and relaxation.
I will work one 2 one but I also run classes every week both mornings and evenings which cater for mixed abilities.
I offer boot camps and aerobics classes which help to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. I have worked with some corporate clients both online and face to face offering well-being sessions with a focus on movement and relaxation techniques .
